Cancellations made within a specified timeframe may incur a cancellation fee. Melissa June reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case efforts will be made to accommodate the client with an alternative date or refund.
  3. Event Details: The client agrees to provide accurate and complete details regarding the event, including but not limited to date, location, schedule, and any specific requirements or preferences. Melissa June will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client’s requests and preferences within the scope of her services.
  4. Professional Conduct: Melissa June is committed to providing professional, high-quality services to her clients. She will conduct herself in a courteous and respectful manner at all times and adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and program for the event.
  5. Liability: While Melissa June will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of event attendees, clients acknowledge that participation in events may involve inherent risks. Melissa June shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the course of the event, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
  6. Intellectual Property: Melissa June retains all rights to any materials, presentations, or content provided as part of her services. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such materials without prior written consent from Melissa June.
  7. Termination of Services: Melissa June reserves the right to terminate her services if the client breaches any terms of the agreement or engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to Melissa June or other event attendees. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and the client may be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
